I had great experiences until my latest service issue. I experienced an issue that Jeep Cares validated but instead was patted on the head like I had no clue, charged for a service I didn’t need and made to experienced an issue that Jeep Cares validated but instead was patted on the head like I had no clue, charged for a service I didn’t need and made to feel like I was incompetent. Wasn’t very happy! Took 2 hours to do a simple oil change, I reviewed the service report an it states that the oil used was Organic which to me means not synthetic, not what I expected. When I entered the vehicle after service found the glove box and cab filter left out on the floor. I had planned to look at service contracts and re-up the oil change contract but change my mind and just left! More
