In September 2019, I had an exceptional service experience at Crowley on my 2018 Grand Cherokee that I had purchased at another dealership. I vowed to return to Crowley for my next vehicle. My lease was up and I went to Crowley Jeep where I met Ted, Andy, Elena,Tina, Don, Nick, and Stan. All of these folks were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and did not pressure me at all. The sales team listened to my wishes, showed me vehicle choices, and I was able to select the model and color I wanted which resulted in me making a great deal the same day. Two days later I returned to pick up my new vehicle and complete the paperwork. Once again, everyone was attentive and professional, and I drove off with a beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When you need a new vehicle go to Crowley. You will feel welcome the second you walk in the door, and you will actually enjoy the buying process. As a kidney transplant recipient I must also give kudos to Crowley for making me feel safe while visiting the dealership during the pandemic. They have taken every precaution to keep their visitors and staff protected. I have only had my new Jeep for three days but I am really enjoying it. More

Terrible - good example of getting too large with so many calls and various staff including an answering service during normal operations no one can keep track of simple service requests. We have a 2019 Cherokee that met a coyote on the highway who liked the cars front end. We brought it to Crowley Auto Body, where we leased the car. The next day they called to let us know how they were go who liked the cars front end. We brought it to Crowley Auto Body, where we leased the car. We were in constant contact with Brandon, the service rep who kept us well informed of the progress. We were away when the car was completed a week early and we were told there is no rush to get it and they would keep it inside at night so nothing would happen to it. We were very pleased with the above and beyond service we received from Brandon and the people at Crowley More
