Haven't been a fan of Crowley for years, but they're the only game in town and they take advantage of that. The service writers tend to overestimate jobs, and charge excessively. They also take entirely too much time to service a vehicle to justify the overestimates. For example, 2 1/2 hours to flash the onboard computer (new aftermarket hitch) and an oil change. Just flashing the computer took about an hour and cost $164+. Legalized robbery. That said, the staff was very pleasant. More
