Brought my Jeep in for routine oil service. check engine light was on. They checked it and said oh just stored codes they should clear at some point if not schedule an appointment. Why couldn’t they go th light was on. They checked it and said oh just stored codes they should clear at some point if not schedule an appointment. Why couldn’t they go the extra step and clear the codes for me. Now I have to make another appointment. This is poor customer service. For the amount of money I spent on the Jeep and the Jeep wave service plan I would think I would get better service. More
