I have purchased many low milage cars and trucks in my life and I really hate to visit the dealers to negotiate price, options, warranties, etc. It is really a waste of my time to sit there and listen to life and I really hate to visit the dealers to negotiate price, options, warranties, etc. It is really a waste of my time to sit there and listen to them whine on and on. So I saw a Jeep GC that I really liked and called the dealer. Donny D. was very nice on the phone, answered all my questions about the Jeep and we discussed price but I already knew that the price was very reasonable. I wasn't looking to steal a car and fair is fair. Gave a deposit over the phone, went in to finalize the deal a day later. I met another salesman Bill W. who was very nice and accommodating. He was not in competition with Donny and they worked as a team to make me feel comfortable. Finally, I met the Bus. Mgr. Stanley G. and we closed the deal without any pressure. This was the first time in over 40 years that a dealers employees listened to what I wanted not pushing their agenda. I was impressed with the detail and prep that the Overland received. The Jeep was delivered in the rain by two nice employees. I will definitely go back to these individuals when I buy my next car. My suggestion to you is to ask for Donny or Bill up front and be surprised at the attention you will get from the "team". I even walked away with the window sticker and build spec sheet on the car...no other dealer has every done that for me on a used car. Everything was upfront from the beginning (so the other shoe never dropped like other dealers). Ken Crowley should take notice here at the outstanding employees he has working for him. So I Picked up my new Ram on Monday 8/23 paid for the armor coat Wich is about $800 and it was not applied to the vehicle. Scheduled an appointment for Monday 8/30 to have armor coat done. Arrived to Crowley at about 4:45 Monday was told there was no loaner vehicle for me after much arguing was told that I could get loaner threw Nissan so instead of bringing loaner to me they wanted me to walk across parking lot with all my belongings instead I went to Dodge show room and was told they had my loaner there. Woman brings me to loaner Jeep put my belongings in and leave Crowley get down to intersection and find out there is no gas in Jeep also noticed dog hair and vehicle is filthy definitely wasn't cleaned. This is my second lease with Crowley and second time I paid for armor coat and wasn't put on vehicle I'm wondering how many costumers have paid for this over the years and have not received product I'm very unhappy with the way I've been treated. I think next time I will take my business elsewher. More
