Outstanding, friendly and dedicated staff. They made me feel like family. I would definitely buy another truck from your establishment, as well as recommend anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to go feel like family. Wasn't too happy with the condition of the vehicle when it was returned to me after being in the service department for two days (which as an aside, didn't solve the problem). Mopar mats were displaced and it was returned to me after being in the service department for two days (which as an aside, didn't solve the problem). Mopar mats were displaced and left piled up in the back cargo area along with cargo cover which was all tossed in the back along with grease stain on inside of car. It couldn't be too much trouble to just put mats back after servicing the vehicle I would think. If I hadn't purchased the vehicle here I am pretty sure I wouldn't be coming back to this dealership for service, not that anyone cares but you asked. More
0% APR for 72 months. Walked in with a pen in my pocket and walked out with a pair of keys and a new truck. Exactly what I wanted. No pressure from the sales team. This is the dealership that gives all dealerships a bad name – the kind of dealership that make online car dealerships (ie., Carvana, Vroom, Shift) appealing. We test drove a new Pacifica on 11/29/2021 name – the kind of dealership that make online car dealerships (ie., Carvana, Vroom, Shift) appealing. We test drove a new Pacifica on 11/29/2021. We comparison shopped and eventually settled on the vehicle at Crowley on 12/13/2021. At this point, the vehicle at been at the dealership, at minimum, two weeks. During a pandemic when people are hollering vehicles are going fast. That should have been my first warning. But we were in a pinch and there were 3 of the make/model/trim we wanted in the state. Only 1 with the color scheme. We considered purchasing out of state but as a small business owner that does not get PTO, that added an additional layer of stress I didn’t have the capacity for. I wish I did. I regret my purchase at Crowley. Ted, at Crowley, sent me a PDF of a credit application. As in, a non-fillable PDF. Seriously? Get with the times Crowley and update your forms. We heard back from Ted, at Crowley, on 12/17/2021 that our application was fully approved. More paperwork. We email our New York drivers licenses and other requested documents to Ted. Onward to more back and forth. I ask Ted, “Hey, your website says you offer home delivery – is that accurate”? I even send him the website. Ted says, “No, we aren’t offering that right now.” Cool. I love false advertising. Also, for a vehicle at $60k, you’d think they’d be modestly flexible (since, you know, I could purchase a vehicle on Carvana for half the price and have it delivered). That’s a nope. Way to be competitive Crowley. At this point, we are in too deep. I emailed Ted a list of frustrations. Ted does zero validating about how those frustrations must feel, not even a “Hey, I’m sorry”. Instead, it is a “When would you like to pick up the vehicle.” We are initially given 1 option on Saturday (12/18/2021) at 12:30pm. We have to cancel plans to go. Then Ted follows up and says they have 2 more slots available on that same Saturday. It’s okay Ted, we already cancelled plans to be there at 12:30. We get there on 12/18/2021 at 12:30pm. We are there for 2 hours. Mostly, in a small finance office where the finance guy, Stan, is unmasked (we are masked the entire 2 hours). Upon reviewing our paperwork, the quoted monthly cost from Ted magically jumped $200+/month when in Stan’s office. Then, Stan was kind enough to tell us we would have to come back on Monday since we have New York drivers’ licenses. Alas, remember I emailed those New York drivers licenses to Ted the day before? Sure thing, we have to go back on Monday anyway. I really don’t have a clue why they just didn’t schedule us for Monday or offer home delivery. Save our time, save our gas. But it’s not about our time or our gas – it seems it’s about what’s convenient for them. And, that’s right, home delivery isn’t available despite it being offered on their website. Bitter much? LOL. We finally start to leave 2 hours later and the dealer fails to put on the temp dealer plates and we get to wait around longer. Fast forward to the next day. We get a flat while in Rhode Island running an errand (at 164 miles on the odometer). We have to be towed. Both the tow truck driver and all 4 of the mechanics in Rhode Island auto shop said the nail had been there based on how it is in the tire. We have to spend $300+ on a new tire and no one has Michelin’s in stock so we have to have a mismatched tire. And, because of the amount of time that the tire had the nail in it – the Tire Pressure Monitoring System broke. So guess what? We get to spend more money because the Tire Pressure Monitoring system because it is not under warranty. I have called Chrysler and informed them about our experiences twice. No call back from anyone (I know I shouldn’t be shocked -- $60k purchases aren’t what they used to be nor is customer service what it used to be). There’s no good faith from Crowley repairing our experience. No effort, no validation. Nothing. We have had to cancel plans, we have had to rearrange schedules, we have had the dealership not meet promises from their own website. Just don’t. Shop elsewhere. Save yourself some money and shop at Carvana, Vroom, Shift or anything other dealership that adapts to the times, saves you time, and respects and values your money. None of those things exist at Crowley. --- PS. I understand our situation and circumstances were unique. I am a health care provider and small business owner. We moved out here from Chicago where we were a victim of 2 violent crimes in less than a year… which eventually tanked our credit. However, our situation and circumstances does not negate the need for respect and decorum. I remember being in finance with Stan and Stan looked at my wife and said, “If Megan can’t pay this note, they are coming for you.” Wildly disrespectful. PPS. It’s also worth mentioning this is our second vehicle. We also have a 2017 Volvo XC90 that we purchase in March 2021 in Pennsylvania. We financed $30k of that. Our experience at Volvo was wildly different. We were able to do everything online and when we got there the finance office had everything printed, with different colored tabs for each different signature. We were in/out of finance in about 15 minutes total. I understand Chrysler and Volvo are entirely different “brands” but it felt like our time and money were respected at Volvo – even purchasing used at $30k. This is not the case at Crowley. More
