James , my. Salesman, Ted the business mgr., and Phil, the finance manager, had first put together a deal with my terms and payment budget within 20 minutes. I t Salesman, Ted the business mgr., and Phil, the finance manager, had first put together a deal with my terms and payment budget within 20 minutes. I test drove my new Jeep, and immediately decided to buy it on lease. I came back the next day and James went thru how all the electronics worked and spent a half hour with me to make sure I understood everything.the paperwork only took 20 minutes, because Phil had it already, I just had to sign the documents. Because he was so personable, I actually stayed longer and talked to him about past cars he had, and some of my past cars that I owned. Both Ted and James both met me afterwards in the showroom, and asked me if I had any more questions. I didn’t have any more, and Ted promised to email me later, which he did to see if I was very happy with my new Jeep. He once again told me to call him for any problems. James also set up my phone and helped me join Chrysler’s U-Connect app and showed me how to use it. I told. James, Ted, and Phil how easy my buying experience was with Crowley Jeep, and how fast they worked. To get me my deal with the terms I asked for. It took over 3 weeks to get my appointment. I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and was told to sit here Steve will be right with you. Steve never showed. I watched people who came in behind me being served and my car at 9:30 am and was told to sit here Steve will be right with you. Steve never showed. I watched people who came in behind me being served and moved on by others while I sat. Finally someone else helped me. I said I’d wait for my car and he said it would take too long they’d give me a ride home. During the ride home the driver asked what I brought my jeep in for. It’s a common problem, a shimmy after hitting a bump. (My car has less than 30,000 miles)He said I was the fourth or fifth this week. I never heard back till a text at 3 saying my car was in great hands. That’s the last communication of the day I received. I called at 5:45 but could only get voicemail over and over. They kept my car overnight with no communication to me about it. It cost me a 2nd vacation day at work More
