Never had a unpleasant visit here but this time I waited 2.5 hours just to put on tires and alignment. I was there right when they opened and there was a line, maybe it was just a hectic day and too many a 2.5 hours just to put on tires and alignment. I also had to go back the next day because someone left somebody else's key fob in my car. Not sure how they got home...hhhhmmmm More
