I went in to service my 2017 Jeep Renegade for a check engine light. I waited 14 days for an appointment. Within 24 hours after leaving, the service light came back on. I called Service to bring the ca engine light. I waited 14 days for an appointment. Within 24 hours after leaving, the service light came back on. I called Service to bring the car back in. I was told the next available appointment is in 20 days. Why should I wait another 20 days, after waiting 14 days? The other Jeep dealers in my area have appointments available in 36 hours. Sorry no good service here! More
