The dealership is great, so are the people. No happy that the waiting room only had Fox News on, no remote to change or turn down the volume. It's a minor complaint, but one worth mentioning. Crowley is my go to for vehicles now. Al and John were very professional and made me feel like my husband and I were the only people there in a busy dealership. Very poor. Truck was dropped off for a fairly major repair under warranty with an appointment made 3 weeks prior. For four days the truck sat untouched with no phone call or communication of any kind. I stopped in unannounced to check in things and they said they were too busy. This is my service truck and depend on it to make a living. I had to move my schedule around for the down time of the truck. This was a fairly big loss for me not being able to work and they did not seem to care one bit. NOT HAPPY. More
