My experience with the repair and servicing of my vehicle is great and the service advisor was wonderful, however the first time I brought my vehicle in I was given a voucher for the detailing and wash for my vehicle. ALL subsequent times I was given nothing. This is the first dealership who does absolutely nothing for the vehicle owner. We pay a lot of money to keep up with the maintenance of our vehicles and in return we can't even get as little as a rinse done to the vehicles.
