Unprofessionalism My car has been in the shop 11 times for electrical issues. They have lied dismissed & belittled the issue. One should absolutely question the dealerships abilities. I wouldn’t send a toy car to be fixed there More

They called me to see if I had any questions while I was deciding, BUT they did not continually call me to bother me. They understood that I am not an idiot, and that I knew where they were when I needed them. The are leaps and bounds above any other car dealership in Westchester. (I know because I spent a lot of time looking). I happen to be a repeat customer, and the first time I bought a vehicle with Croton, (in 2013) they treated me like I was a repeat customer then! They really want me to come back and they show it!!! Seriously. Carl?? AWESOME! He's honest, he talks to you like he knows you (but not in that annoying, creepy car salesman way) I think Carl genuinely cares whether or not I am happy. And Chris in finance?? SUPER!
