Any honest and reputable retailer who receives hundreds of reviews monthly will tell you that occasionally they will get a not so favorable review. If and when that occurs a business that cares will contact that reviewer and resolve their issues and keep the customer satisfied. More times than not an honest mistake or miscommunication had been the reason that prompted that review. I'm sure you favorite restaurant delivered a less than perfect experience. It happens. Any fair minded consumer understands and realizes it is how the situation is satisfactorily resolved is what separates the good guys from the others. So with regard to the above review I find it necessary to present some facts and information that were not mentioned here. Customer claims that it would cost him $60 more a month here, well simply not true! He decided to pre trade his 2011 Ram to me because he was out on disability and could not drive for a while. That is why we factory ordered him a Jeep so when it arrived he would be able to drive. As part of that transaction he received a refund check from me of $2672.28 of which $672.28 remained as a deposit to purchase his new factory ordered Jeep. We did this as a favor because he could not drive at the time because of his disability and did not want to make payments for three months. Lease rates and residuals often change monthly so an accurate lease payment can only be calculated when the vehicle is delivered and not when ordered. We had a specific vehicle ordered for him. Mr...... claims he found a similar car at another dealership within a couple of weeks of when we pre ordered his Jeep. With that, why would we go out and buy a Jeep for him from another dealer, as he had suggested we do, when we had already ordered one for him. Is it fair to deduce that Mr..... who had previously bought three cars here did his competitive shopping prior to those purchases and still bought them here? Only now could we be so much more expensive? Is it fair to deduce that when we pre traded his 2011 Ram he sold it to us because we had given him thousands more than other dealers would? Didn’t he shop us for the best trade in price? Jay, the aforementioned salesman has worked here for 24 years and sold Mr.... three vehicles as well as customers referred to him by Mr...... Is it reasonable to deduce that it was not because we were so much more expensive.....? Certainly not the case. Also there are five Chrysler dealerships closer to his home than the one that sold him his Jeep. What was the reason that no other nearby dealer would do what he claims was a $60 a month lower payment. Is it fair to say there was another reason? Any discerning customer knows it is the final transaction price that determines the best deal, including trade value, sales tax etc. Therefore, when you consider all of the facts here you make your own judgment as to whether this is a good place to do business or not. 24 years at the same location speaks for itself.
