After going to multiple dealerships in search of a Jeep, the folks at Croton Auto Park were far and away the best. I have purchased two new Dodge Ram pickup trucks from this dealer and recently went in to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition with a Hemi. After selling my 2011 Dodge Ram Laramie to them, this dealer and recently went in to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition with a Hemi. After selling my 2011 Dodge Ram Laramie to them, I ordered a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition. No lease terms were agreed to at that time. Before the ordered truck was shipped from Chrysler, I noticed that other dealers already had the 2014's so I called Jay Miller and asked if he could swap one in sooner instead of waiting another month. I told him that I contacted other dealers and got some very competitive lease pricing. He told me not to worry that he would beat the pricing. I went in to the dealership and sat with him...he came back with pricing which was $60 more per month than my lowest price. I then sat with Billy, the Sales Manager, who explained he couldn't do the price match or even come close to the lowest price I had obtained. He said he would call the Owner, Lou Giordano, and get back to me. I explained that I'd rather not wait and asked if I could get my deposit refunded. Billy said only Lou could authorize deposit returns. After three days I stopped into the dealership and Billy said that he couldn't match or even come close to the deal which I had received. He explained that my deposit would be returned. He also stated that the Owner, Lou Giordano, told him to tell me that I am BANNED from the dealership and can NO longer purchase or service any cars there. Imagine that...you find a better price and give them the courtesy to match or counter it and they choose to ruin a relationship. I have filed a complaint with Chrysler and they informed me that NO dealer can refuse a warranty issue or safety recall. They will follow up with them and get back to me. So I am letting you know that you can be BANNED from this dealership for shopping around. I do believe in loyalty and they are the closest dealer to my home, but would you pay $60 more per month over 39 months just to remain loyal. So think about my review before you get treated the same way I did. There are many Chrysler dealers and if they will treat one customer this way, they've done it before and will do it again. So in the end I got my new truck, saved $60 per month but have to travel a few extra miles for service. More
Bought my first Jeep yesterday and I couldn't be happier. On a whim back in January my Husband and I visited Croton Auto Park to test drive a Jeep Laredo. I've alway driven sedans so an SUV was something new for me. We worked with Sandy who we found to be comfortably friendly and very knowledgeable. We felt there was no pressure and we left the dealership knowing exactly what our car would cost and what we would be getting for the price. Months after, numerous test drives and different car dealerships later ~ we revisited Sandy and Croton Jeep. And once again we had a wonderful experience and purchased our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Chris, who helped tremendously with our financing..... All in all it was a great experience, and would recommend Croton Auto Park to anyone. I'm confident that going forward, they'll look after me and my car. More

Prior to my lease I visited every dealer that manufactured SUVs to be sure I chose the most competitive offer. Croton Auto Park was the only dealership that wanted to work within my budget witho manufactured SUVs to be sure I chose the most competitive offer. Croton Auto Park was the only dealership that wanted to work within my budget without compromising features. This is my second lease through Croton Auto Park. I didn't feel the need to shop around this time. It is a pleasant place to shop with a welcoming environment. My Sales Consultant, Carl, was honest and didn't make any false promises. I didn't have to visit the showroom countless times. He answered my calls immediately and followed through with my requests. He didn't try to "sell" me a car on the lot but rather helped me find what I was hoping for. Carl was thorough and able to locate the vehicle of my choice quickly. Vinny, the General Sales Manager, followed up with a phone call and was as professional and polite as Carl. Financing the car was a cinch. Chris, the Business Manager, handled the transaction and can claim the motto 'sign and drive'. Everything was ready as promised without any obstacles. I was impressed from beginning to end. More

After finding out I owed more on my old car then I thought, they still called me back with a great offer on the new JEEP.
