Best car buying experience I have ever had. Carl, Vinny, and Chris were honest, no BS, no hassle, not pushy in the slightest. The most pleasant experience I could have asked for. I emailed with Vinny two days before coming to the dealership - everything we negotiated via email stayed true when coming to the dealership to firm up my trade and sale price of the Overland Summit that I purchased. I visited a different car dealership the day before, the name will remain anonymous (Garden City Jeep Dealership on LI) and they were horrible, did not work with me at all. Buying cars before visiting Croton was something I dreaded, never knowing what or who you're dealing with, I felt the complete opposite at Croton Auto Park, my friend and I talked about how good of an experience it was the entire way home in my new (used) Jeep Overland. I drove up to Croton from Long Island, took about an hour 20 min, I will most likely take that drive again in a week or two to get my wife a new car and every time after that. I'm not sure if I can go anywhere else knowing how good it is at Croton. I have already recommended the dealership to various friends who love my new whip (and it's not because I get 100 bucks for recos). Cheers Carl, Chris, and Vinny! I walked into the Dealership on Monday within minutes after the sales associate knew what I was looking for had me test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I fell in love w/the jeep.
