My Wife and I were looking for a new four door Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara or Sahara Polar Edition. When we were looking we visited 3 Jeep Dealerships. This Dealership stood out in terms of Knowled Wrangler unlimited Sahara or Sahara Polar Edition. When we were looking we visited 3 Jeep Dealerships. This Dealership stood out in terms of Knowledge, experience and patience but in working out a price that would work for us in our budget. As we went thru the deal, Rick explained the pros of different features on the jeep, which in turn allowed us to decide if that was a feature we really needed. After going back and forth asking more questions and testing driving the jeeps in different situations (night/day, rain,etc). we provided Rick with a request for Sahara edition and a pretty specific list. Rick did his due diligence and found the exact vehicle we wanted. Color and features. After working out the details with Rick, he then introduced us to the vehicle, ensured we understood the features and if we have any questions or concerns to call or come by and they will help us out. Chris Henrich was excellent, He helped us out with the financials of the jeep purchase and was more than courteous. We also met the service manager and the maintenance schedule was explained as well as how to maintain the jeep. So for our experience Croton Auto park and the staff were excellent! More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Carl, Vinny, and Chris were honest, no BS, no hassle, not pushy in the slightest. The most pleasant experience I could have asked for. I emailed with Vinny two days before coming to the dealership - everything we negotiated via email stayed true when coming to the dealership to firm up my trade and sale price of the Overland Summit that I purchased. I visited a different car dealership the day before, the name will remain anonymous (Garden City Jeep Dealership on LI) and they were horrible, did not work with me at all. Buying cars before visiting Croton was something I dreaded, never knowing what or who you're dealing with, I felt the complete opposite at Croton Auto Park, my friend and I talked about how good of an experience it was the entire way home in my new (used) Jeep Overland. I drove up to Croton from Long Island, took about an hour 20 min, I will most likely take that drive again in a week or two to get my wife a new car and every time after that. I'm not sure if I can go anywhere else knowing how good it is at Croton. I have already recommended the dealership to various friends who love my new whip (and it's not because I get 100 bucks for recos). Cheers Carl, Chris, and Vinny! I walked into the Dealership on Monday within minutes after the sales associate knew what I was looking for had me test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I fell in love w/the jeep.
