I don't ever give that kind of review only to say that the entire new car purchase experience was once in a lifetime--no sales pressure, each and every employee was so nice and courteous, and the honesty of the staff just blew me away--absolutely unheard of at any car dealership. They want to make the customer happy. While it doesn't make sense in today's world, this is a car dealership in which the staff is actually honest and honors a commitment without any excuses. If they miss a deadline (rare) or can't honor a delivery date--they will compensate you for it--unbelievable. This place is truly a hidden gem in the Hudson valley. More

When you buy or lease a vehicle from him, he'll spend plenty of time with you to tell you all the features the vehicle has and show you how to use them. There aren't many people out there like Jay that go into such depths about the features in a vehicle. He is so accommodating and makes sure that your buying/leasing experience is the best it could possibly be. Also, if you want to just test drive a few cars just to see what your options are, Jay is the person to see. Jay is great, but he can't do everything by himself, he's only one man. Both Chris Henrich and Vinny DeLuca helped me out with my lease as well and they were also very friendly and helped me out with anything else I needed. Croton Auto Park employs great people to sell their cars and my experience was awesome. I leased a 2014 Chrysler 200 Limited Super S and I absolutely love it and I got a great deal. I decided to start the early process of looking for a new SUV which I would get in a few months. He took the time to inquire about my driving needs and to find out about which features were important to me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions when comparing the Dodge Durango and the Jeep Grand Cherokee. One of the things I appreciated when chatting with him was that he did not give me the clichéd "Car Salesman Hard-Sell". He was very patient and made my decision-making process very simple. It was such a pleasure working with Jay that I made the decision to get the new Durango that same day. Jay is definitely a solid guy and will not waste your time...
