Horrible!! I recently bought a Dodge Dart 2014 certified Pre Owned here at the dealer. I absolutely loved the car... Well at least for the first 24 hours I did. I recently bought a Dodge Dart 2014 certified Pre Owned here at the dealer. I absolutely loved the car... Well at least for the first 24 hours I did. I purchased the car off Paul in the sales department. Great guy. Honestly if it wasn't for him helping along the way I would of returned the car the first day. So after the first 24 hours I noticed the car was vibrating when I was braking. I brought the car in and the service manager (using the word manager lightly) Sergio told me his crew replaced all 4 brake pads and rotors. Great! My car was ready same day for pick up. I was extremely pleased. So pleased I bought them more business and put in a automatic starter in the car. Took them almost a week to do it but I guess it was worth the $600.00. The day after the car was giving me a hard time to turn on. Making a funny noise. I brought it to Sergio's attention. He told me "it's cold outside. This can happen when the car gets cold. Everything will be fine". Sure Sergio no problem. A few days later my car actually stalls out in the MIDDLE of a highway!!! Had to tow it to the dealer. Again Sergio told me something I didn't really believe "your oil is low. We changed the oil on us. You should be fine." Thanks so much Sergio!! A week later it is almost 70 degrees I have new oil car should of been great. Once again the car wouldn't start. I actually was so annoyed I called Paul the sales man who sold me the car. He came personally and picked up the car. Long behold my certified pre owned car the battery and alternator needed to be changed. Croton Auto Park please tell me the meaning of Certified Pre Owned? Now after a few days I noticed my breaks were making a sound of something screeching. Okay once again let's go back. I was told "it's cold out breaks make noise" okay Croton Auto Park the weather is your solution to everything. So I took the car to a REAL mechanic. Shocker!!! The back breaks or rotors were never changed!!! And you would think because I'm there every week with this car they would put my car priority. Nope!! Another day I'm not with my car. I have spent so much money on insurance for a rental that it is hard to even afford the payments on a car that I DONT HAVE! Sadly I will never bring business to this company. They don't care about there customers and are very rude and nasty. The sales team is great!! The service team that they have there... yeah that needs work. But that alone makes the whole business xxxx. My first and last buy from Croton Auto Park. More

Got the Jeep I wanted! I have been searching long and hard for a CPO Jeep Rubicon with very specific features and colors, and this dealership happened to have one. While it I have been searching long and hard for a CPO Jeep Rubicon with very specific features and colors, and this dealership happened to have one. While it was 2 hours away from me, I decided to make the trip up on a Sunday to take a look. They were a little short staffed (normal for a Sunday), and the receptionist got the key to the Jeep for me to drive. Shortly before the drive, one of the sales reps came over to tell me he will be with me after the drive. I drove the Jeep and decided it was a good choice for me. When I got back inside, what I assume is the sales manager came over to see how I liked the Jeep. I told him I liked it, and we continued to talk before the sales rep was available. It probably took about a good hour before I knew anyone's actual names. No introductions were ever done until midway through the deal and AFTER the test drive. Furthermore, I came in with my boyfriend, and the manager and sales rep kept making eye contact with him and asking him questions about my trade....to the point where I had to wave and literally say "hey, its my car." Apparently that still didn't sink in, because after the first pencil (offer), he sat down and put the numbers directly in front of my boyfriend. I literally had to take paper and put it in front of myself. That part was quite annoying, and I found it to be a little old school to direct everything towards the male, especially after I made it clear this trade was mine, and this jeep would also be mine. Long story short, I decided to go for the Jeep and drove up on a Monday before a big snow storm to get it. The sales rep was very very accommodating in that the car apparently hadn't been certified through their shop yet, so he had to rush around to get it done before I arrived. I do appreciate that they made it work because it was super important to me to get it before the storm that following day. Moving onto the finance department.... Chris Henrich was GREAT! He was very laid back, not pushy, very fair, and very patient with me as I had a lot of questions and it was past closing time. Most definitely the best finance manager I have ever dealt with (and I have bought a lot of cars!) It was very nice to end the visit on a positive note with him. Paul did a great delivery at the end and was able to explain all the buttons and features of the Jeep, so I was also satisfied there. In the end, I got the exact car I wanted at what I felt was a great deal. More
