Total loss to total satisfaction. Lets start this out with the fact that I live over 200 miles away from Gabby and the Croton Auto Park. In March I bought a brand new Jeep Renegade loc Lets start this out with the fact that I live over 200 miles away from Gabby and the Croton Auto Park. In March I bought a brand new Jeep Renegade locally in Syracuse, NY. On June 28th I was involved in a roll-over accident and my brand new truck was totaled. I was in search of a new Jeep Renegade and it was my dream to find an upgraded Renegade in Hyper Green. After a lot of trouble trying to work with my local dealership again, with no luck I finally stumbled across Croton Auto Park. Frustrated with my whole situation, I gave Croton Auto Park a call and Gabby answered. She was very kind and sensitive to my situation. By the time I called her I had already been without a vehicle for 3 weeks, and working completely over the phone we were able to get my purchase together within a couple of days. I was more than satisfied with the price and a couple of nice gentlemen from Croton delivered my new Jeep right to my work. I would have to say the whole transaction was pretty epic. Would definitely recommend. More

The salesman Carl Cavallaro was awesome. He took my broken down Jeep and helped me get out of it to get into something new. He was very honest and up front when comparing vehicles and pricing. I really appreciate that because nobody likes finding out that final cost was more than expected. He really helped me to match a vehicle that was both for my liking and need. I purchased a used Dodge Durango that had a factory flaw, to no fault of the dealership, and instead of telling me to take it up with Dodge as most dealerships would do the sales manager Billy Barthelmes and sales representative Carl Cavallaro went above and beyond to get me into a new lease at a lower monthly payment and zero money out of pocket and some free service incentives just for the inconvenience. As if that wasn't enough the finance manager Chris Henrich stayed late to accomodate my work schedule and do all of the paperwork. I left extremely happy and after that experience they have my business for life. Thank you gentlemen. More

Fast and painless first time car buying experience. I was referred to this dealership by a friend who told me to contact Frank Lombardo, when I told them that I was interested in the 2017 Chrysler Pacif I was referred to this dealership by a friend who told me to contact Frank Lombardo, when I told them that I was interested in the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I live an hr away in CT but I trusted my friend's recommendation. I am so very happy I did. It was my first time buying/leasing a car, I honestly had no clue but my husband wanted me to do the research etc myself. I called Frank and told him which car I was interested in and that we were initially going to finance. He informed me of all the different models and suggested the L Plus would best fit my needs. Even though we were going to finance I did request lease information and after my husband and I did the math we chose to do the lease. Before I made the final decision I decided to check out the dealer that is 5 minutes from my house and in the same state. Well the next day I called back Frank and said we want to lease the car from Croton Auto Park. He did everything he could do over the phone with me, he was very patient with all of my questions. It was almost Memorial Day weekend and the earliest we could get there was the last day of the month and his day off. He made sure he was there for us. When we arrived we were greeted right away and was brought directly to him. We saw several other employees who all said hello and acknowledged us. Frank new we traveled from CT so he had everything waiting for us. The finance Manager Chris came over right away, introduced himself and went over a few things with us. Before we left Gabrielle brought us to our vehicle and she showed us everything we needed to know and offered to help set some things up but I opted to do it at home. For my first time car buying it was a quick, painless experience. I am very pleased with my entire experience and really love my new Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus. More
