The service gentleman with whom I originally brought up my concerns with my Jeep recall issues was extremely rude. From the first phone call, to bringing my Jeep there for diagnostic paperwork to send to the Jeep company. My friend had to out this man in his place, bc he had me in tears! Do NOT Buy from Jeep. Ever. There customer service is awful, and you will be left with 7K + in vehicle repairs for recalls that Jeep WILL NOT COVER!!! I've had mine for only 2 years! Now have a blown engine that Jeep will not rectify and fix it! Jeep is a scam! More

My 2014 Ram 3500 had a recall to check and replace any defective wheel studs. First appt. determined there was an issue. Second appt. was to make the correction which was done BUT, on leaveing Crosstown, defective wheel studs. First appt. determined there was an issue. Second appt. was to make the correction which was done BUT, on leaveing Crosstown, I had almost no brakes! Joe, the service advisor was good and took it right back in however, the truck had to be left an additional day to fix what ever the mechanic did to create the brake failure. Shouldn't the vehicle be checked for "all systems working before departure"? I might note here that the only time I bring my truck in is for recall work because of past attempt at ripping me off. I needed the headlight switch changed and was told it would be $315.00! REALLY! It is a $65.00 part and less than five minutes to change it! Watch out boys! It is the information age and it will bite you when you are deceptive! More
