Con Men, Stay Away. Took my son who has a learning disability there to purchase a Nissan Sentra. I asked the salesman what is the rebates, and he replied none but we wil Took my son who has a learning disability there to purchase a Nissan Sentra. I asked the salesman what is the rebates, and he replied none but we will get a good deal. The car sticker was 20,470.00 and the finance guy comes to the table and also states no rebates available and offers us the car for 19,000.00 with 1,300.00 down and we get the gap insurance and 100,000 mile/10 year warranty so we said OK deal. I leave to drop off my daughter at work and when I get back my son is with the finance guy finishing up the electronic paperwork. He prints out the papers and the temporary registration, gives us a hand shake and off we go. I drive my truck home and my son drives the car behind me. We get home and I look over the paperwork and I find the 1,000.00 he took off the car was in fact a Nissan rebate, also the gap insurance and the 100,000 mile / 10 year warranty was charged to my son at almost 3,000.00. He gave us nothing and took off nothing from the car price. HE RIPPED MY SON OFF. I filed a complaint with Nissan and was told we have to take it up with the dealer. I wrote a review on their Facebook page and the manager called me to come by to work it out. I requested a refund of the rebate, he said no. He offered me 6 free oil changes and tire rotations but could not put it in writing. He said just bring back the car after 5,000 miles and I will tell them it's free. These people are scam artist, the whole bunch, from management to sales people. I will be posting reviews everywhere I can on the web about how they ripped of my son. Stay away or be prepared to be conned. More

Sold me a car with 57,000 miles that is totally broken. To start with the sales person told us we were getting the car for 2,000 off sticker price. Once we signed the papers we looked at the printout and seen we paid sticker price for it. Shortly after I was told it had broken manifold bolts and needed alignment and brakes. They fixed bolts but did not do the alignment... My unidirectional tires were even put back on the wrong way. After taking it to the manufacturers dealer behind them I was told the automobile had bad MDS Lifters on the driver side and was causing excessive cam wear. So low and behold I spend $900 on new exhaust with no help from the dealer. Now it's going to cost $3,000 to fix this lifter/cam issue... this is crazy and I will be going after this dealer for Auto Fraud for selling me a "certified used" automobile that has broken/badly warn engine components. Just spend $400 on new brake parts today... Do not buy a used car from these people! More

This trip is deja vu for us since we did the exact same trip from Tennessee 9 years ago to purchase our previous 2007 Nissan Murano from Crossroad Nissan in Wake Forest. We always rent a car one-way and stay a night before securing a vehicle in which we had done this both times with our purchase. All employees that we were in contact with, are shown below ,provided us with total professional help to ensure our trip was worthwhile as it always has been. There are quite a few Nissan dealers over the 300 miles that we traveled to come to Crossroads. None can stand shoulders to you team. More
