Cars are good but Customer Service is LACKING! I have bought two cars from Hyundai in the past 4 years and I kept hoping that thier customer service would get better, but alas, it seems that after I have bought two cars from Hyundai in the past 4 years and I kept hoping that thier customer service would get better, but alas, it seems that after you have bought the car they no longer care about you. You have to basically scream and threaten to get anything done there. The employee turnover rate is incredible, EVERY TIME I go in for service I am dealing with someone new which is frustrating. I had a car that somehow did not get aligned when it left the factory floor. I knew something was wrong with the car but could never pinpoint it. I took the car back SIX times before someone finally took me seriously enough to put it up on the rack where they discovered both the rear and front tow were completely out. So frustrated with them that I am looking at other dealerships just to never have to deal with them again! More

Tom (internet sales) stayed late to answer questions, let us drive the Santa Fe's, and explained all of the options and the specials that were being offered. He was not pushy, yet informative. We met Chris Bean after hours the first night and he, too, was just willing to answer questions but was not pushy. My husband had researched consumer reports about the Santa Fe and also what a reasonable price should look like in our area. When we went to the dealership and talked with Chris and Tom we knew the amount we wanted to spend to buy the car and trade ours in. We were pleased with the way we all came to an agreement so quickly. We felt that we got a very fair deal for the car we were trading in. I would strongly recommend working with both of these men for anyone who wants a pressure-free, comfortable buying experience. I appreciate Chris and Tom. More

On our way home we stop at the dealership to just look, We knew others that had Santa Fe's and had been happy with them. Well we spotted a black Tucson in amongst the SanteFe's and ask the salesmen Tom to tell us about both. We were trading in a scion and loved the car but we wanted something a little bigger and more power. Tom gave us the comparisons of both cars and decided to go with the Tucson. Amazing sales experience I'm an out of state buyer looking for a 2014 Santa Fe GLS in specific color and combination and turns out this dealership has the last vehicle in the I'm an out of state buyer looking for a 2014 Santa Fe GLS in specific color and combination and turns out this dealership has the last vehicle in the country. Fully expecting to not a good deal I got in touch with Internet sales manager Jennifer Smith. I received a competitive quote for the local market but not competitive enough from where I come from. I compared the quote with True car and was able to tell how close it is to the bottom price. Turns out I also qualify for a Hyundai friend and family price. A quick call and a few emails later we agreed upon the price. I was fedexed all the documents and couple of days later we closed the deal. No high pressure sales tactics to upsell from either the sales person or Finance manger Donna Bendele. Both Jennifer and Deanna Woolworth were very professional, constantly in touch with me and patiently answering my questions. They gave me the confidence to leave my vehicle with the dealership for a few days after the purchase. Jennifer personally picked me and my family from the airport (1 hr away from the dealership), even helped me shop for a car seat on the way (we left ours in a rental car). I picked up my vehicle 10 days of the purchase I was happy to see it parked under the canopy away from other cars on the lot. I dealt with many sales people during my purchase process and I have to say most of them know nothing about various features or changes from last year model. Many times I have to in turn teach them. However Jennifer stands out from the crowd and is amazingly knowledgeable on the product she sells. I actually learnt about many useful features during our delivery which is unheard of for people like me who does extensive research before buying. I left with a felling that she is passionate about her job and just loves selling cars. All in all a wonderful shopping experience. Its a shame they are so far away from my location or else I would be a repeat customer. I wish dealerships in my area are as professional as crossroads staff. More
Ive been to this location 5 times looking for a bulb. The first time I was not expecting them to have the bulb I was looking for but after they ordered the bulb and I picked it up it was the wrong size?? Then each time back I brought the bulb needed and the switch it goes to but they still have not got the correct part. This last time I went they were to busy talking with each other to bother with a customer. Not going back!!! More
Had the best Car buying experience in my life. I didn't feel pressured, or taken advantage of. We have done our research on the Hyundai and knew we would eventually buy it or the Chevy equinox. The staff was very informative and helpful and taught us everything about our new vehicle. Even though the Hyundai almost sells itself, our expectations and needs were met by the staff. We were able to negotiate the price and payment we needed to fit into our budget. I had owned my previous vehicle for 14 years. I don't change vehicles often so the 10year/100,000 mile warranty was a huge selling point. I feel confident this vehicle will suit our needs for many years to come. Thank You to the Crossroads Hyundai Staff for educating us on the product and working with us to financially work with our budget. More

Stay AWAY!They are deceptive and manipulative crooks. Worst experience with a car dealer ever. They were nice to begin with, but when the deal was closing, they became pushy, and even rude. It was late, and I was talked into an add on package that I changed my mind about a few days later, which was within my rights as a consumer. They refused to refund my money stating that it was part of the deal. No where on the receipt did it state 'no returns or refunds'. I paid cash for the vehicle. My purchase paid their commissions for that month. They took my money and then the customer service ended. They give Hyundai a bad name. More
