somewant disappointing like the people at the dealership but if I recommend anyone to shop at this or any other Hyundai dealership that they be very aware to make sure all o like the people at the dealership but if I recommend anyone to shop at this or any other Hyundai dealership that they be very aware to make sure all options that they are looking are actually on the car and not take salesman word or even what the stickers say. The blue link issue is very disappointing. Having to bring the car back a second day to get one relay pushed in completely in order to have the horn work when setting the system. Which should have been caught if the service tech would had tested the remote start system completely before signing off on the job. More

Jon Slack sat down with me and asked me questions about what kind of car I want to get into, and more specifically, what small details were "must haves" for my future car. We then walked around and looked at potential choices for me, and talked about the price ranges of each. After choosing my "dream car" we went inside and Jon calculated, and re-calculated, what my monthly payments could be until they reached a range I was most comfortable with. Everything about my experience was fantastic and I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for all of my future cars! Thanks Jon Slack and everyone at Crossroads Hyundai! More

They were aware that I do not enjoy the price negotiation process, and they did all they could to minimize that. Because of my aversion to negotiations, I probably could have gotten a better deal, but I am very satisfied with the price I did get. Their after sale support is excellent. This is our second Hyundai, and first from Crossroads since the management and ownership change. We will be back. More
A Customer for Life I recently leased a new Hyundai Tucson from Crossroads Hyundai and I was incredibly impressed with the experience and I will be a returning customer, I recently leased a new Hyundai Tucson from Crossroads Hyundai and I was incredibly impressed with the experience and I will be a returning customer, and a referring customer, for life. I had contacted 5 dealerships within the Denver Metro area and visited three of them. The first two were filled with typical sleazy showroom methods, classless sales personnel, and unethical practices. Crossroads couldn't have been more different. I worked with Lisa and John and it was a very professional experience from start to finish. I appreciated Lisa outlining different purchase/financing options, John was very thorough and patient with outlining the vehicle's options, etc., and I was in and out with a new SUV in an amazingly short amount of time. After two horrible experiences at other area Hyundai dealerships, and a ridiculously absurd purchase of a work SUV last year from a Chevrolet dealership- Crossroads Hyundai was a breath of fresh air. More
