I was particularly pleased that Keith took the time to listen to our expectations and limit our selection to only vehicles falling into those parameters. He assured that we got to test drive the vehicles we considered and guided us on a route that gave my wife and I a good feel for each auto. Negotiations were a breeze. The selling price I was offered met my expectations on the first pass. We spent a bit more time discussing my trade-in value, but that resolved to everyone's satisfaction very, very quickly.
