Only thing I would complain about is that it was not disclosed to me that my vehicle had hail damage until I started signing papers, however the staff was beyond helpful in fixing the dents, and made it very convienent for the car to get repaired. Horrible I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this incompetant dealership. After almost two months of calls and visits to try to get information to register I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this incompetant dealership. After almost two months of calls and visits to try to get information to register vehicle, we finally got letter from them that DMV had information so we can get our plates. After WASTING 2 hours at DMV, we are told that Crossroads Hyundai did not fill out the paperwork correctly, so cannot get plates. What kind of dealership that is in the business of selling cars cannot manage to get the title to a customer that paid cash for a car? UPDATE: After talking to dealership and being promised that the corrected paperwork would gived to DMV yesterday, a call to the DMV revealed they still did not have the proper paperwork. When the DMV representative learned that it had been 7 WEEKS, since we had bought the car, she put us on hold while SHE called the dealership. We received a call about an hour later...not from the dealership, but from the DMV that they had received the needed corrected papers. The ONLY call we ever received from the dealership after buying the car was yesterday, complaining because I posted bad reviews. More
