My husband and I had previously discussed that we were interested in purchasing a F-150 truck. Since we were in Sanford, I told him about the Ford dealership that was in the area. My review is more about Colin Watson, than the dealership. We met Colin while we were doing a "cruise through" looking at used trucks. When we had questions, he was there and answered our questions with direct answers. He is very easy to talk to. I felt no pressure from him at all. It was like talking to a friend. The dealership did not have what we were looking for that day but we found one at another branch of Crossroads ford. My wife and I went to look at the truck at the other branch. We liked the truck. We drove over an hour to get back to Colin, we wanted to make the deal with him and no one else. Colin was very instrumental in getting us the best deal that we could get. Once the deal was, Colin had the truck delivered from the other branch. Colin personally made sure that the truck was cleaned and serviced before we took possession of it. The dealership was great to work with. They made the deal feel like we got the better part of the bargain. Everybody was friendly and I never once felt pressured into buying anything they had. I am very happy with the customer service, sales team, and even the custodian (even he said hello and was friendly) at Crossroads ford of Sanford NC. More

Called in advance requesting information on the vehicle we were interested in and when we arrived it was pulled around and ready for a test drive.
