Transferring Roof Rack from Old Lease I thought it would take a day or two to get my roof rack and rails moved from my old lease 2016 Ford Escape to my new lease 2019 Ford Escape and was w I thought it would take a day or two to get my roof rack and rails moved from my old lease 2016 Ford Escape to my new lease 2019 Ford Escape and was willing to leave the new vehicle with them but the woman in the service dept found me and said it would be about an hour. Music to my ears. We have always been treated with respect and kindness from this dealer. I just have one issue and that is the name on the account in the Service Dept. My name is Eva Shealy and my husband's name is Lester Peek. Neither one of us are names James, can someone please get it corrected. Bob Rodgers corrected it in our sales account but it appears it hasn't been correct on the service account. Thank you More
2013 fx4 truck Drove truck to service department for small tic in top of engine they told me it was cam phasers and it would be 2800.00 and 1 week to repair truck se Drove truck to service department for small tic in top of engine they told me it was cam phasers and it would be 2800.00 and 1 week to repair truck sets in their shop for 5 weeks they tear it down and install parts then put it back together only to tell me that now the engine has a bad knock in the bottom of the motor ( truck was driven there with no problem but slight tick and no knock) so they go back and check engine and tell me I need a new one and there is nothing they can do to the tune of 8-9000 dollars when it was their fault. The general manager did not have the common decency to speak or meet with me. Will have to go after them in court. More

Best service center in the area I have heard mixed reviews personally over the past few years and honestly this is truly one of the best dealers in the area. Chris from parts is ver I have heard mixed reviews personally over the past few years and honestly this is truly one of the best dealers in the area. Chris from parts is very professional and is extremely knowledgeable. He knows many suppliers in the area and will always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. The service center is frequently booked, so sometimes it may be difficult to get scheduled in quickly but it is truly worth it. I would definitely call in advance to get service scheduled. The shuttle driver is very friendly and knows the area very well. I see him around town and is a great representation of Advantage Ford and of Ford Motor Company. I genuinely feel the service team here goes above the calling of duty to make sure their prices are competitive and customers are satisfied. More

After 10 minutes I walked back out to my car to leave and saw a group of guys working on a truck in the parking lot. I reconized the one guy as the same guy that i bought parts from a few months ago. This place wont last long with service like that. More
Service department is the worst ever. First off, I was sold a Ford Focus 2013 brand new. I was with my wife and mother at the time, we sat down and i went over the features i wanted on my new car. The salesmen, said ok and wrote the features down on the back of a used envelope, then went and quoted out the car. I assumed the features that i had asked for were in the sign off sheet when i initialed the quote for the go ahead. 6-7 hours later we are still waiting for the paperwork for us to sign. Finally the paperwork is signed and my car has to be delivered to the dealership. No Problem. A few days later i return to pick up my brand new ford focus with the almighty extended warranty....with some of the features missing that i had asked for. I wanted a push button start, when i got in the car i was handed keys, i asked the salesperson where the push button start was and the response that I got was "oh, that feature doesn't come on this model". Fair enough, my stupidity for initialing the paperwork to begin with. Then the real trouble began, 40,000 miles in on a brand new car i get stuttering when the transmission is changing from first to second gear. I was told that it was transmission fluid leaking into the clutch and that a new clutch would need to be ordered, and they did a software update for the current clutch because technically its a manual clutch being run by a computer. Fine, as long as it's fixed. 2 weeks go by, no word. We call the dealership and are told "the part will need to be ordered"....another 2 weeks goes by, another phone call to the dealership and again we are told "the part will need to be ordered". A month goes by...no phone call, no part and the cars transmission still stutters. As far as i know the order is till open, this has been an open order since OCTOBER 2014. Also at this point i had noticed a strange noise coming from the passenger side window, which these are electric. Hmmmm. 2-3k more miles, the electric passenger side window stopped functioning and the lights on the inside of the car no longer worked. I took it in for a diagnostic, same dealership. They decided to keep the car for the repairs, I was given a rental car from Enterprise, which didn't open till 9:00 am which made me 2 hours late for work, even though i had dropped the car off the night before. 2 days later i go to pick up my car and was told that a fuse had blown and the the window motor needed to be greased. I start the car, "lights working on the inside" check, "passenger side window rolling down" check. BUT the noise is still coming from the window itself. Hmmm...maybe the noise is in my head and i'm making too much of it. In turn i pay the $100 labor fee. I take my car down the road to go to the grocery store, come back out 45 mins later and the lights on the inside don't work.....and a month later, the passenger side window no longer works. I called and asked about the window motor, and of course they told me that the window motor would have to be ordered, and i would also need to pay another $100 labor fee. The stuttering in the clutch did seem to get a little better after the software upgrade, but has now deteriorated to the point of feeling like you're in a washing machine every time you pulloff from a complete stop. We called and were told that they would need for us to make 2 appointments, 1 for diagnostics to see if it's the clutch again (which they can't do on the weekend, and would provide no rental) and the second appointment to fix it. Which in point, i'm sure they would STILL need to order the part. In closing, please steer clear of this dealership, you would be better off riding a mule, or having sled dogs be your transportation than dealing with this 3rd rate Ford dealership. More
Advantage Ford has two very professional associates with John Bowman and Orlando Marrow.
