THE SERVICE ADVISOR I DEALT WITH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED TO ME ABOUT THE RECALL CHECK AND WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. We had to take our 2018 Expedition in for a follow up to a previous visit. The Crossroads of Fuquay service team was extremely busy and scheduling an appointment was challenging over the next couple of week a previous visit. Brent worked directly with me to get time scheduled and took the time to understand exactly what we were experiencing with our Expedition. He was also clear that we would have to leave the vehicle for several days simply because of how busy their schedule was. He called every day and kept us informed. This last experience was great. So many times when I go to a dealership, the people customers meet with present themselves well, but don't know much about cars. They also are very dismissive of any diagno to a dealership, the people customers meet with present themselves well, but don't know much about cars. They also are very dismissive of any diagnosis you have already done. If I go to a dealership I'm going because they have tooling and expertise I don't have. On this visit my diagnosis and thoughts were give great respect and the service advisor Jordan Morshed was hands on. He came and looked at my vehicle and crawled underneath. The work thus far has been trouble free. More
