We have purchased 3 new vehicles in the lady 3 years from Crossroads Ford and have been for the most part very satisfied. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I think the only issue I have had is how long it took for an oil change ange inspection this past week when I went. I was there for over 2 hours and didn't get any updates on why it was taking so long even though I was set up for text alerts. My other issue was on my wife's Explorer ST, when we purchased it there were no rear controls for climate control because they were not available when they built the vehicle and we were told the we would be contacted as soon as they were available, but 1 year later it took us calling to ask if it was available yet after I happened to find out it had been available for 2 months and we were never called. Overall though I will still recommend Crossroads Ford because they have nice and helpful employees. Just like any business things do slip through the cracks that sometimes need to be addressed and corrected. More
