Aaron Thore was my service contact. Called to have Ford recall work done on my 2016 Ford Edge. Mr. Thore was helpful explaining to me the process needed for my Edge. The service department was clean, organized, and well lighted. The waiting area was comfortable and best of all Fox News was not on the tv.
