Charles is a great sales associate. He was very helpful by answering questions and if he did not know the answers he would ask someone who did know. He was not aggressive and did not use pressure as a sale by answering questions and if he did not know the answers he would ask someone who did know. I purchased my Mustang from Ceiner Woods and was very happy with the buying experience. Years before I tried to buy a vehicle from there and it was just impossible. This time it was a totally different happy with the buying experience. Years before I tried to buy a vehicle from there and it was just impossible. This time it was a totally different experience and all I can say is WOW. They were extremely nice and very helpful and the price was fair. I had to bring the car back because someone had sliced the convertible top in our work parking lot. The service department was just as helpful as sales. They worked with the insurance company and myself and also the people that actually had to replace the top. They made sure I was satisfied with the work and were just overall great to work with. From my experience (and from my sons who also purchased an auto there and recommended them to me) this is just a great dealer to do business with. More
