Made the service very simple. I was having my 2024 Mustang GT’s first oil change done. And unfortunately I didn’t make an appointment. Thankfully they got me in by mobile mechanic I was having my 2024 Mustang GT’s first oil change done. And unfortunately I didn’t make an appointment. Thankfully they got me in by mobile mechanic. Which was an awesome experience. To be able to sit in my own home rather than at the dealership was a nice feeling. I loved the fact that the mobile service didn’t cost any extra which definitely makes me appreciate this dealership even more. I have 2 ford dealers close to me and this dealership is about 22 minutes away from me and I will hands down only go to this dealership due to their amazing service and customer pricing! Love it. The service manager Mike K. is unprofessional and petty. After having my truck onsite for a scheduled appointment for 7 hrs I had to call to find out details after I was told I is unprofessional and petty. After having my truck onsite for a scheduled appointment for 7 hrs I had to call to find out details after I was told I would get an update by 10am, only for them to say they can’t duplicate an issue that a different auto mechanic shop was able to diagnose just one week prior. Once I arrived to get my truck Mike takes it and pulls it out into the rain vs keeping parked in their covered parking area and then hands the keys as he laughs with other employees about his petty move. This is not the level of service anyone should receive and Ford has been notified with an open case to investigate this dealership’s incompetence. I would highly recommend you seek others dealerships in the area like Cresent Ford for your service and buying needs. This dealership is a slap in the face to the Ford brand. More
