I did a quick service for oil change at a local tire store before going on a trip. The problem was that they left the oil cap off when they changed the oil. Little by little oil was being thrown out on the engine, not much at a time but over time it covered the belt that charges the battery and ran the air conditioner. So all of a sudden on Saturday afternoon (half way home) the battery light came on and the air conditioner stopped working. I pulled over to check under the hood and saw the oil cap off and oil all over the engine, so I knew what had happened, later Robert at Crossroads Ford confirmed. I checked my phone and found Green’s Ford but they did not have any service workers available, they were about to close. They suggested I check with your Crossroads Ford dealership. I talked with Robert and he said to bring it on in. Robert was wonderful. He suggested that we (my wife, me and 2 cats) go to the waiting lounge (cats stayed in carriers so not to bother anyone there) and he took the car back to get it fixed. The lounge was very comfortable with snacks and coffee. You can’t imagine how great that was since the only other option would have been to try to find a hotel that allowed cats and stay in town for 2 nights until it could be fixed Monday. Please tell Robert thanks again. Your dealership was a true rescue for us and it didn’t take that long to get fixed and get on our way back home. More

I had my truck towed to Crossroads for service and 3 days later was driving back from Raleigh to purchase a 2020 F-150 and trade in my 2000 because of the great deal they offered me on a new truck. Our salesman Noah Blackmore was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He went over every inch of the new truck explaining every new feature. From the Sales Manager Zack to Chris in Finance the entire buying experience was smooth and seamless. I had numerous Ford dealerships available to me between Kernersville and Raleigh and I made the decision to make the 80 mile drive back to this dealership for a reason. More

This dealership sold my granddaughter a defective vehicle! They did not stand behind this car even though there was a warranty involved and the car was dangerous to drive!
