out of town. need help now. called dealer Monday am and told young lady I was from out of town. and needed help so I could pull my camper home. I thought I had transmission problem but it turned out to be u-joint problem. they worked me in. repaired my problem and made a couple of suggestions of what to do when I got home. Tech named John took a ride with me to make sure I was happy with the way truck operated.. he was professional and asked me several questions to be sure I was happy. would recommend. Everyone my wife and I met were more than pleasant EVERYONE. More

At the time of purchase the mechanic shop was closed and we were told to bring it back to have it reset. Upon return, not only did we have to wait 3 HOURS but they wanted to charge us $400! My wife and I broke down in Mount Hope WV on our way to Missouri from North Ca Virgina Massey is the best service advisor that I have ever dealt with. My wife and I broke down in Mount Hope WV on our way to Missouri from North Carolina. Ms Massey got our truck in the shop right away. Crossroads Chevy diagnosed the problem and ordered the part to replace the #5 fuel injector. Since the part would not be in until Monday Ms. Massey gave us a loaner vehicle for the weekend. Since she was from the area she told us different sites to see and things to do in the area. I am completely satisfied with the service and treatment we received. If we ever break down again I hope we are near Crossroads Chevrolet. More
