I was looking to purchase a Jeep via The process of purchasing a Jeep from Cross Motors was smooth and quick. My salesman, Matthew Beard was great. I was looking to purchase a Jeep via online methods. Most dealers now have "internet sales" departments and such, but the first thing they say when you contact them online is "What is your number? I will call.". If I wanted to have a phone call, I would have called and not went through the online contract methods. Matthew was not like this at all. He answered all of my questions and information requests via email and text. Exactly what I was looking for. I basically bought the Jeep without having any long phone conversations and/or being hassled with return calls like I've experienced at other dealerships. If you know what you want and are looking to purchase a Jeep with as little human contact as possible (through the internet), I would suggest contacting Cross Motors and asking for Matthew. I came from out of state and Matthew pretty much had everything ready for me at the time I told him I would arrive at the dealership. He also helped explain all of the tech and safety features of the Jeep before taking off. I would recommend this dealer even if it isn't really near your home. More
