Spectacular! Being from Wisconsin and searching a long distance for a specific van, I know the price for me might be different than the price for someone from that state. A couple dealerships wouldn't eve distance for a specific van, I know the price for me might be different than the price for someone from that state. A couple dealerships wouldn't even work with me. Not Cross. I got a price in 10 minutes. The price was great and I bought the van. The dealership and my credit union got everything worked out with me barely needing to lift a finger. I rented a car and drove from Green Bay to Louisville, where one of the salespeople picked me up at the rental drop-off and drove to the dealership to complete the purchase. I got the usual spiel about paint protection, etc. I declined those and there was absolutely no pressure or nonsense to persuade me to buy it anyway. I'd recommend Cross to anyone reading this review. Joel Maupin, Chris Gass and Matt Ward were fantastic. I got a follow-up e-mail and a phone call the next day to make sure all was good. They went above and beyond for a customer who, through sheer distance, they'll probably never see again. More
