From the moment you walk into Cross you feel welcomed . I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Jeep or not but the whole process at Cross Motors made it very easy. My experience was top notch and extremely smooth. I was treated so good by salesman Chris and Bj and followed by a very amazing mgr Chris! What a perfect team of men! Let me give a warning that this is a long review but I wanted to provide What should have been excitement and enjoyment, quickly became a nightmare. Let me give a warning that this is a long review but I wanted to provide my full experience as a warning to others and in hopes that this review will make it back to Cross' Management and Ownership Team's in hopes that this won't happen to someone else. I've dreamed of owning a Jeep Gladiator for the past several years and the time finally arrived where I could afford to purchase one. I was led to Cross by the great reviews and them being the largest Jeep dealership in my area, after visiting the dealership I was shown to my dream Jeep, a 2020 Gladiator with the max tow package and low miles, and ended up purchasing it on June 8th. Although this was a used vehicle I was assured that all used vehicles that go through Cross receive a multi point inspection and are in perfect mechanical condition when sold. My excitement over my new purchase and toy quickly faded though on my first drive home when I discovered that the head lights did not work. Though a inconvenience and an issue that should not be had during your first drive after a purchase at a dealership, this was an issue I was able to fix. With the headlights fixed I was able to enjoy my Jeep for 2 weeks before check engine lights started showing up and then disappearing, over the course of a week this happened several times as I kept a close eye on it, then all of a sudden the lights came back on and the while driving accompanied by a violent shaking and misfire from the engine. I immediately called the dealership and informed them of the issue where they told me to bring it in and they will fix it and make it right but since I lived 1.5 hours away it was outside of their radius and my only options were to figure out how to dive it there or have it towed but I would still have to take off work to make the trip there on a weekday to pick up a rental car. With that not being an option I was able to get into my local Jeep dealership for service where I was told that the engine seals were bad causing oil to leak onto an o2 sensor and shorting it out. When they drained the oil to replace the seals the oil was full of metal and now after only being able to enjoy the Jeep for 2 weeks I have been stuck for 11 weeks without my new Jeep waiting on a replacement issue. If the dealership had truly inspected this Jeep when it was traded in and changed the oil they would have know about this issue before advertising and selling it as perfect mechanical condition. To top it all off I am now receiving threatening calls from the dealership and finance company asking why I have not transferred the vehicle into my name yet but these issues happened even before the paperwork was sent to my DMV to transfer the title to my name but the Jeep requires an inspection at the Sheriff office for the transfer because it was an out of state vehicle. Its a little hard to get a vehicle to the sheriff's office when it is sitting stranded without an engine. More

I had BJ as my car dealer and he was extremely helpful and not pushy in the least. We genuinely were going in the dealership to price quote and look only but had such a lovely experience with BJ and the s and not pushy in the least. Between BJs knowledgeable and down to earth demeanor we decided to investigate further about the price of the Jeep we liked and we decided to purchase because of the competitive financing rates they had to offer. The #1 best car buying experience I have ever had and would highly recommend BJ and this dealership as a whole! More
Just picked up a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Shawn Lopes at Cross Chrysler Jeep in Louisville. It was a great experience! When we picked up the Jeep it was in the showroom and looked brand new. They appreciate the sale and made it a point to welcome us to their jeep family. We live an hour away from the dealership but we’ll be back for service. Overall, I’d highly recommend Cross Jeep and Shawn Lopes if you’re in the market for a jeep. More
