I recently purchased my third vehicle with Cross. I have been driving Jeep Grand Cherokees for a few years but had been wanting a Wrangler. I texted my salesman to tell him what I was interested in b I have been driving Jeep Grand Cherokees for a few years but had been wanting a Wrangler. I texted my salesman to tell him what I was interested in but he was not going to be in the day I was taking my Jeep in for service. He did give me his sales associate, Shawn Lopes' information and I reached out to him. The two Wranglers I originally test drive were not quite in my budget and not exactly what I wanted so I did not make a purchase that day. However, Shawn kept looking for me. Finally we found one that I really wanted and He and James in finance were able to make it happen for me. I will totally purchase from them again and definitely will recommend them to anyone. Their service team is amazing as well. I have dealt with a couple of other Jeep dealerships but Cross is by far the best! More
