A friend of mine knew I was in the market for a used car and he had just purchased one from Cross and he said that he received a great deal. He answered all my questions and I never felt any pressure from him to purchase that car or any other. I thought the car was a little over-priced but he came back with an offer that quite frankly changed my attitude in a heartbeat. He showed me a few different options and got me financed with no problem at a surprisingly low interest rate. I picked up the car the next day with no new surprises at the closing. I have to say that they gave me what I considered a great price, with no pressure from Matty, and no surpises. It was a darn-right pleasent experience overall. When we picked up the car, my daughter saw one that caught her eye. While we were waiting to sign all the paperwork Matty came up with a great price on it and got her into a new car and knocked her payment down 100 dollars. We started that deal on a Thursday afternoon and Matty came in early Saturday so she could get the car and still get to work on time. Rating would have been all 5's but new car was transported and somewhere from the dealership where it was located to when we saw it for the first time there was a hole in the headliner that we fou transported and somewhere from the dealership where it was located to when we saw it for the first time there was a hole in the headliner that we found on inspection. This made a great experience go to bad but after two days of working the problem was resolved. Just wish the new car was never damaged that placed us in a odd positon and feeling pushed to make a decision about what to do. Was first told it would be replaced by warrenty to be told could cause more damage replaceing the headliner. Resolve we got a discouted price on the vehicle and the hole in the headliner is hidden by a button. Just wish it had never happened but everyone involved was nice and worked with us. So end result a good exprience. More
