I went to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a particular vehicle (a Jeep) on the lot. I was greeted by a sales person (Matty Ward) in the lot soon after arriving. The purchase negotiations for the Jeep went quickly. The price offered by the Cross was a fair one and I received a reasonable amount for the vehicle that I traded-in. I had to wait to speak with the financial person due to one employee being off for the weekend. During my wait I was offered something to drink and had a seat in the showroom where I read the owner’s manual. The sales person checked on me now and then to make sure that I didn’t need anything. He did a good job of keeping informed of where things were in the process (cleaning up the vehicle, completing paperwork, etc.). The financial transaction went smoothly. I was offered an extended warranty, theft insurance, vehicle protection, i.e. protective spray for the seats, etc. There was no hassle when I turned these offers down. My experience of purchasing a Jeep at Cross Motors was a good one and I would highly recommend the sales person, Matty Ward, and Cross Motors. More

I have a 2008 Chyrsler 300LX that needed replacement key fobs. I try to avoid dealer service for my vehicle like the plague, especially from the one I made my purchase (Sam Swope) I had a very poor buying e fobs. I arrived at Cross without an appointment, and suprisingly was waited on very quickly by Greg. I explained that I need two new key fobs programmed. Greg did not give the standard spill that my part was inadeqaute or substandard because I didnt get it from the dealer. He told me to pull my car in, and got started right away. While he was entering the data into the computer I had a question about my car that was not related to the keyfob. He told me that he would get me a prinout that described the standard options on my model. It about 20 minutes, my fobs were done, I recived my printout, and Greg showed me where to make payment. It was nice to be treated professionally and have my needs addressed without delays or excuses More
My husband and I just bought our first Jeep. We found the dealer website through autotrader.com. Austin was a pleasure to work with and made sure we test drove everything we were interested in. He also gave us his opinion when asked which helped alot! I can't say enough great things about Austin. However, the financing was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car! I called earlier in the day to have credit ran and make sure all information was given before I drove an hour to the dealership. When we arrived at 430pm I gave all proper documentation so when we found a vehicle we could sign and leave. We test drove 3 jeeps and made a decision. We waited 2 hours just to see the finance guy Todd. We didn't leave until 830! Talk about NOT being excited about your purchase! It was dark, raining,and storming when we left. I have bought car in this same fashion before and have never had to wait that long ever! More

I traveled to Cross from Columbus, Ohio in July 2012. I had been looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler for some time and finally located it at Cross. I made an internet inquiry and within 24 hours, Bil had been looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler for some time and finally located it at Cross. I made an internet inquiry and within 24 hours, Bill Zhunga called me. This negotiation took a few days as I was trying to work the payment and cash down payment in to my budget. Bill was a huge help, negotiating on my behalf, keeping me updated and ultimately getting me a great deal that I could afford. He even called me twice on my way to Kentucky to check on me. After getting the Jeep home, I discovered that it was missing it's jack. I contacted Bill to see if maybe there was a spare that I could get. He located one on Ebay, bought it and shipped it to me himself. I have never had such a good experience buying a vehicle. Bill did so much for me and he still stays in touch. If I ever buy another Jeep, I will go back to Cross for sure. I got a great Jeep that I love and I feel like Bill made that possible.
