We were given the dealership pricing and an offering for our trade in. There was no need for the usual back and forth process of negotiation as we have experienced on past deals. The numbers were where they needed to be based on the prior investigation of the value of our trade in and the average selling price of the new vehicle. I went to Cross Motors to look at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was meet in the lot by Mark Wilhoite, he answered several of my questions.
