My experience with Cross Motors overall was great. There were a few issues in the beginning that were taken care of soon after. It took a little longer than was thought for it to be delivered and the only car I had was a rental, due to my last Jeep being totaled in a wreck, so Jared was able to arrange a loaner until my Jeep arrived. What a relief! I've bought a few new cars in the past from different dealers, never getting the kind of attention that should be expected when spending 10's of 1000's of dollars on a single purchase. I was really impressed with the fact that, instead of handing me the keys to my new Grand Cherokee, he sat me down inside of it and went over everything in detail. And I mean everything! I went to many dealerships around the Louisville area, not sure what type of vehicle I was looking for. I finally checked a couple Jeeps on the Cross lot, and was ready to trade my F150. Matt was extremely friendly and full of knowledge. He wasn't pushy or full of sales pitches. Matt is also a very patient person. He let me take my time (and believe me - I am a very indecisive person). He answered any and all questions I had and was honest and truthful about the vehicles. As far as my trade..I couldn't ask for a better offer!It was the best offer around. I was very satisfied. I have owned my Jeep for 2 months now and if I have any questions or concerns I can still get the same personal treatment as if I was a new customer on the lot. They have a parts department with a friendly staff that can help get accessories, like "floor matts", lights, rain guards etc...that you might need.
