The sales manager, Jared C I had an excellent experience at Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat. My salesperson, Hunter Doerr, is very friendly and knowledgable. The sales manager, Jared Cross, is not in some back room somewhere, he is right next to the front door. I think this is a good example for what I found different and pleasant about this dealership. I came in on an advertised price, and they acknowledged this from the start; I felt that all of the numbers they showed me made sense, and they were negotiating in good faith. Furthermore, everyone I have encountered at this dealership from the parts counter to the service cashier really seem to buy in to their customer service mission.
