He never pressured us or tried to move us along faster than we were willing to go. We would definitely want to work with him again if we were to purchase another vehicle from Cross. We were dreading 'the sales experience', but Chase treated us very well and we would HIGHLY recommend him. The only minor complaint I have was in closing and sealing the deal with the business manager. I regret buying the extended warranty (and I hope my mind is changed one day), but more than that, I had to say "No" 20 times to an endless array of options. I eventually said "Yes" to a 7 Year/80,000 mile option, but it was late at night and I was ready to be done. I had a COMPLETELY positive experience with Chase and Cross in general, but the experience was tainted a bit by the endless warranty pressure. I bought it, so I can't complain too loudly, but if anything goes sideways on the warranty, it will impact my decision to shop there again. Again, it may have been a smart move and I'm going to give it a chance to be of value. Overall, my experience with Cross was fantastic and I will let people know that. More

Sloppy oil change When I dropped the vehicle off I specifically asked them to make sure they did not spill oil all over the engine cover and valve covers as they did th When I dropped the vehicle off I specifically asked them to make sure they did not spill oil all over the engine cover and valve covers as they did the last time. When I picked up the vehicle up there was indeed oil spilled all over the engine cover and valve covers. In addition there were greasy hand-prints on the interior of my door, the exterior of my door, the hood, and part of my floor mats are tracked up with dirty footprints. I had just cleaned up my vehicle and would have appreciated them taking appropriate care of it. More

Wil Wilczek and Matt Beard were the absolute best thing that could have happened to me during my pursuit of a new mid sized SUV. Not only were they beyond knowledgeable of the products they were selling, they were also extremely friendly, patient and observant of my time restraints within the process. In fact, I had no desire to take home a vehicle the day I purchased, but the sales team of Walt and Matt saw to it that my needs were met and that i left the suv buying experience extremely happy and beyond satisfied!
