One big difference I noticed from other dealerships is that they let her test drive the car. Others had said she had to be 18. Our salesman was Matty Ward. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and did not pressure us in the least. The business manager was also a delight to work with. He clearly reviewed the terms of the deal and the optional protections available. I did not elect to purchase any of the protection plans and, unlike what I have experienced at other dealerships, he did not try to pressure me and did not change the way he interacted with me as we completed the deal. I truly felt he just wanted to give me the opportunity to purchase the plans and wasn't just trying to make an extra buck. Also, the car was spotless and they still washed and vacuumed it while I was taking car of the paperwork. I believe we got a great value and will not hesitate to purchase from them again! More
