The total car purchase experience could not have been better I just purchased a lightly used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Cross. My 3rd from them. Edwin Pfaff was my sales person and he could not have I just purchased a lightly used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Cross. My 3rd from them. Edwin Pfaff was my sales person and he could not have done more. Worked with him for about a month to find the right vehicle. I've purchased about 25 vehicles in my life and this is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The entire staff could not do enough for me, and not just to close the deal, but to find the vehicle I had in mind. Besides Edwin, I want to put a shout out to Matt, the business/finance manager. That aspect is normally the worst part of the deal, even if it's a cash purchase. Matt was a pleasure to work with. I looked at several dealerships and always come back to Cross Motors. More

Long story short, you wont find a better deal, or better service, on a new or used vehicle anywhere else. These guys are well known as one of the top Jeep dealers in the country and it's easy to see why. I recently traded my beloved Rubicon in on a slightly used AEV conversion, I could not have come anywhere close to the trade I got from Roy and Cross anywhere else; they really appreciate and take care of their return customers. If you want the best deal you can get on a new or used Jeep without a bunch of haggling or drama do yourself a favor and give Roy a call. More

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM CROSS I purchased a 2007 Yukon Denali on 7/31/15 from Cross for my wife, they assured me that the vehicle was in great condition and that I would get a lot I purchased a 2007 Yukon Denali on 7/31/15 from Cross for my wife, they assured me that the vehicle was in great condition and that I would get a lot of miles out of my purchase because it had passed their "Multi Point Inspection." I was told that the vehicle was previously owned by one of their technicians and that it was in extremely taken care of. The next chain of events will explain how shady of a company Cross is. 1. Once I got home I immediately noticed that the radio would not automatically turn off when you opened the door, it will constantly run unless you turn it off manually. There are wires that have been cut under the hood and the wiring harness has clearly been tampered with. 2. Within 2 weeks of having the vehicle, the engine light came on, after further inspection I found that the engine codes had been recently cleared on the vehicle, hiding the code temporarily 3. 1 month in, my wife hears a loud noise from under the vehicle and the vehicle will not move. The Transmission engine code light comes on so I to take it to a transmission service center, the transmission is bad and needs to be replaced at a rebuild and installation cost of $4,000! 4. 2 months later(yesterday evening) 10/7/15. I notice that there is gas rapidly leaking from the fuel tank. This is ridiculous because my wife drives this to work every day and she could have been seriously injured. I inspect the fuel tank and find that the metal fuel pump and fuel lines are completely corroded and spraying gas out of them. At this point I do not know what I am going to do with the vehicle. I will update my post upon further problems or communication from Cross. More

I Just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Cross Chrysler Jeep in Louisville about a month ago and the experience I had with them was great. I worked with Bradley Miller who took the sale from my first inquiry on cars.com all the way to delivery, and Matt Ward who helped with our financing and paperwork. We are in northeast Oklahoma and Bradley helped us a great deal in figuring out the logistics around the July 4th holiday. All the paperwork required for our state registration was provided along with all the correct tax paperwork, and the experience we had at the dmv and tag office went very smoothly. I highly recommend working with both of these guys if you're in the market for a new jeep. More
