The sales manager, Jared Cross, is not in some back room somewhere, he is right next to the front door. I think this is a good example for what I found different and pleasant about this dealership. I came in on an advertised price, and they acknowledged this from the start; I felt that all of the numbers they showed me made sense, and they were negotiating in good faith. Furthermore, everyone I have encountered at this dealership from the parts counter to the service cashier really seem to buy in to their customer service mission.
