We negotiated price and had a verbal agreement very quickly, then they worked with my bank to provide the requred documentation. Pick-up was a breeze. Angelica picked me up from the airport in my vehicle. We test-drove it, and returned to the dealership to complete the transaction and make payment. He never pressured us or tried to move us along faster than we were willing to go. We would definitely want to work with him again if we were to purchase another vehicle from Cross. We were dreading 'the sales experience', but Chase treated us very well and we would HIGHLY recommend him. The only minor complaint I have was in closing and sealing the deal with the business manager. I regret buying the extended warranty (and I hope my mind is changed one day), but more than that, I had to say "No" 20 times to an endless array of options. I eventually said "Yes" to a 7 Year/80,000 mile option, but it was late at night and I was ready to be done. I had a COMPLETELY positive experience with Chase and Cross in general, but the experience was tainted a bit by the endless warranty pressure. I bought it, so I can't complain too loudly, but if anything goes sideways on the warranty, it will impact my decision to shop there again. Again, it may have been a smart move and I'm going to give it a chance to be of value. Overall, my experience with Cross was fantastic and I will let people know that. More

When I picked up the vehicle up there was indeed oil spilled all over the engine cover and valve covers. In addition there were greasy hand-prints on the interior of my door, the exterior of my door, the hood, and part of my floor mats are tracked up with dirty footprints. I had just cleaned up my vehicle and would have appreciated them taking appropriate care of it. More
