AWESOME DEALER I first went to Cross Chrysler Jeep Fiat because I was having problems with my 2012 Jeep. The staff was tremendous from beginning to end. I needed to have too much work done on my car and would be very costly so I decided to trade the car instead. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Everyone went out of their way to help and assist me in getting a car that would fit into my budget. When I say they went out of their way I mean that my Jeep encountered too many problems to explain here but they worked with me from Rick Turner, the Service attendant to the person who worked on my car and finally Kelly Linne, who searched and finally sold me another car, exceptional service and professionalism.
