Rude and denied me service after they were the ones who damaged my jeep beginning with an oil change. The seat leather seat was scratched which they did repair but upon taking it back in for repair my driv damaged my jeep beginning with an oil change. The seat leather seat was scratched which they did repair but upon taking it back in for repair my driver door frame was scratched and a small ding was left. Again, of which they repaired. But when the car was dropped of for this repair to b made they were informed that I was having start stop battery issues and would like for them to check this for me. When I picked up my jeep I was told to call back to get this battery issue scheduled for service at a later date. That was fine no problem with that but then upon calling was informed they would no longer b working on my jeep anymore cause my car was "to much of a liability" ,basically telling me I was a lier. Telling me they put to much mo ey into fixing my car of the damage they caused. I have been taking my jeeps (2) to them since I first purchased one in 2018 and now because THEY (Matt) the service director feels its ok to tell me I'm basically a lier and when asked if I'm such a liability by having them service my jeep was asked if it's costed so much money then y not check the service person/persons that have worked on it and caused the damage would rather just call me a lier without just directly using the word LIER! SO BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE THEY HAVE MADE OF WHICH THEY NEVER GAVE ME ANY INDICATION OF IT BEING AN ISSUE WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF STAFF I WAS JUST TOLD THEY WOULD NO LONGER WORK ON IT LEAVING ME HANGINGVON MY BATTERY ISSUES I WAS TOLD WOULD B SCHEDULED. Sad when damage is caused that they would like to put thr blame on someone else other than who is responsible! More
