Oil change - filter and air filter It took 1 1/2 hours to perform an oil change , filter and air filter on my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. My understanding is that there was difficulty i It took 1 1/2 hours to perform an oil change , filter and air filter on my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. My understanding is that there was difficulty in finding an air filter, but that information should have been relayed to me early on. The air filter never did get changed - as I had to depart. This is NOT the typical experience that I have a Cross Motors. Needs to be addressed. The service was comped out as a concession and that was appreciated.. More

Got my money and ran Found a jeep i wanted.. Granite..was not new.. But after test drive engine light came on..said they would fix it..picked it up on the way home.. Engin Found a jeep i wanted.. Same thing the following day. Took it back again.. Long story short.. Needs catalyst converters.. And im stuck with it.. Maybe if i spent more than the 18k i did.. It would have been different..
