Friendly and knowledgeable staff and salesman Called dealership and spoke with Austin at Cross Jeep regarding a specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Austin had the Jeep up front for me when we arriv Called dealership and spoke with Austin at Cross Jeep regarding a specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Austin had the Jeep up front for me when we arrived. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Austin informed me about the features on this specific Jeep, including the options that were included, and some of the differences of that specific Jeep. I was told by a different salesman at the Dixie Hwy Jeep dealership that a few of the features on the Jeep I bought were not features that could be gotten on that model. I literally came from the Dixie Hwy dealership where the salesman was not knowledgeable, or just lying to make a sale, and was very rude. I had never been treated like that by a car salesman at ANY dealership until there. I definitely would come back to Cross and would recommend it to anyone. More

Great Experience!! I looked at an older SUV online and contacted the business. I spoke with a salesman, Hunter Doerr. He answered all my questions about the vehicle in a I looked at an older SUV online and contacted the business. I spoke with a salesman, Hunter Doerr. He answered all my questions about the vehicle in a prompt manner. I was in contact with him about the vehicle and financing over the course of a weekend before making the 4 hour drive to see the vehicle in person. The vehicle was better than described and Hunter made every effort to assist me in driving and taking my time to look the vehicle over, including getting it on a lift to look at the frame. I purchased the vehicle and drove it back home without issue. Great experience! More
