I met Chase when I showed up and he was really patient with me. I asked a lot of newbie Jeep questions and he was willing to explain everything and demonstrate a lot of the features I asked about. We took a few used Wranglers for a test drive before I settled in on the one I wanted. Chase and Jon worked with me on my trade-in. I originally made the trip to learn and test-drive but ended up picking up a nice 2016 model. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all throughout the buying process. It was a learning experience and everyone was very helpful. I signed all of the paperwork with Matt and he was really good about explaining financing options and extended warranties. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Coincidentally, the truck I was trading in I purchased from Cross back in 2012 and I didn't hesitate to come visit these guys again. More

This is one of the better dealerships I've been to. Hunter was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and very patient. He seemed happy to get me in the Jeep i wanted. Thankfully no melodrama. So if your looking to use points from one you might want to call ahead and make sure they can do it. Also noticed a small chip in the windshield after i left. Went back to the dealer the next day and they immediately had there glass repair specialist contact me to set up repair. More
